July was busy, busy, busy!
It’s been hard to create much content beyond reading wrap-ups, which has been a bit of a disappointment for me. I started my doctorate this summer and I am preparing for the school year to start with full-time teaching again, so reading time and blogging have been a bit on the back burner for me. I am just happy to have a hobby that will always wait for me to come back to it.
Here are this month’s reads! The Whisper Man was a buddy read with my boyfriend, and The Celebrants was a book club pick. I Must Betray You – the star of this month – is one I plan to teach to my high school students this year.
If you have any thoughts about these books or ideas for quick content, let me know!
